Research interests

I am exploring different forms of biases, especially self-enhancing and group enhancing ones. In the domain of intergroup relationships, I am studying complex social identities, relationships between majorities and minorities, the role of history in identity building.

More recently, I have become preoccupied with irrational/epistemologically suspect beliefs (e.g. conspiratorial, pseudoscientific), especially in the domain of health, and their relation to questionable health practices that can be deceptive or downright dangerous.
