RESEARCH INTERESTS

Researching psychosis spectrum disorders using various approaches (assessment of risk and protective factors, molecular research of endophenotypes, studying brain morphology using neuroimaging techniques, exploring the phenomenology of psychosis and of cognition, analysis of therapy modalities in psychiatry). Improving early diagnosis and intervention in high-risk states for psychosis. Relevant issues for psychiatry in general: stigmatization, attitudes towards the profession, approach to psychiatrist, ways to find psychiatric help, prevention of mental troubles and disorders.
